Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a service-oriented support technician for our client's office in Linköping. In this role, you will ensure an efficient and stable IT environment. You will be a key person in creating a functional workplace where technology supports the business. Your main responsibilities include:
- Resolving problems and supporting users where remote access does not work or is insufficient.
- Installing and delivering computers, phones, and other client-facing IT hardware, as well as ensuring that hardware registers are up to date.
- Handling VIP cases, when we need to assist individuals who require quick and competent help within our services.
- Documenting cases in the knowledge database and in the case management system for both end-users and IT resources.
- Working with systematic troubleshooting.
- Assisting during major outages or security-related incidents.
- Supporting printers and conference rooms.
Qualifications
- You have relevant experience in the field, preferably as an on-site support technician.
- You have a strong interest in technology and want to help facilitate your colleagues' work.
- You are accustomed to documentation and administrative handling of IT cases.
- It is highly meritorious if you have experience working in a large corporation with complex IT environments.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A driving license (B) and Swedish citizenship are required.

Salary
According to agreement.
Start Date and Application
Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start on May 5, 2025, and the assignment is expected to run until May 4, 2026, with good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Linköping. Please note that this is an on-site Support Technician assignment.
